Welcome to the Limburg Immersive Technology (LIT) network, where innovation meets collaboration. LIT is dedicated to advancing immersive technologies by bringing together experts from different fields to create and educate about immersive experiences. Led by Maastricht University and Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, LIT is building and strengthening a central network for research, education, and industry projects. By combining knowledge, resources and expertise, the aim is to foster a vibrant ecosystem that pushes the boundaries of immersive technology.

At LIT, we envision a future where human-digital interactive experiences revolutionize how we work, learn, and engage with the world. LIT supports organizations to tackle business and societal challenges by exploiting immersive technologies.
LITs goals are to bridge the gap between academia and industry to fuel innovation by unifying research, education and industry under the LIT network and develop an infrastructure to support immersive projects.
